Holman is looking for a Corporate Accounting Manager - Retail to join their team!
JOB INPUTS Oversee the month-end close cycle for assigned corporate entities by executing and coordinating staff activities to produce timely financial statements, analyses, and reconciliations.
Lead annual budgeting, long-term forecasting, and budget-to-actual analyses, among other forecasting projects, for assigned corporate entities throughout the year.
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the Corporate Accounting department.
Facilitate wires and other treasury functions.
Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
Education and/or Training: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
CPA License required.
Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e.
Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with Onestream CPM, CDK, or Oracle Hyperion a plus.
Relevant Work Experience: 5+ years' experience, including 2+ at a supervisory level.
Public accounting experience.
Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and external reporting.
Automotive retail experience a plus.
Experience developing and implementing processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy #LI-BS1

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $97,450.00 - $141,300.00 USD annually for full time employees.
The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
