About You: JD with 4+ years of general corporate experience (Big Law or boutique firm experience welcome!
).Comfortable managing deals and working collaboratively in a team environment.Massachusetts Bar admission required. What You'll Do: Take the first chair on smaller deals and second chair on larger transactions.Lead and mentor a team of junior associates.Work on a variety of matters, including entity formation, contracting, M&A, and financing.
