Corporate Associate Attorney

Corporate Associate Attorney McCarter & English, LLP is actively seeking a Delaware-barred corporate associate for its office located in Wilmington, DE or Philadelphia, PA. We are looking for a candidate with 4 - 8 years of experience at a law firm in corporate and/or alternative entity practice, including experience with Delaware LLCs, LPs and other alternative entities.
DE Bar Admission required.
Strong academic record required.
