Corporate Associate

A premier Connecticut based mid-size law firm are seeking mid to senior level Associates to join their Corporate/Lending practice group.

They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Attorney to join their Corporate Practice Group. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive transactional services and regulatory representation to a diverse client base, including banks, financial institutions, small business investment companies, private debt and equity funds, and other institutional and non-institutional lenders.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Connecticut bar of eligibility to waive in
Minimum of 4 years of law firm experience in commercial lending and banking law.
Strong understanding of transactional services and regulatory compliance surrounding financial institutions.
Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
