About the practice: The firm is recognized as a global leader in the development and financing of energy and infrastructure projects. The Corporate Practice Group's lawyers work closely with project sponsors, developers, commercial and investment banks, financial institutions, investors, manufacturers, and technology companies. With a focus on renewable energy transactions, the team is deeply involved in M&A, financing transactions, and debt finance, providing associates with the opportunity to work on high-profile, complex deals and directly interact with senior attorneys and clients.
