Corporate/Business Transactional Attorney

A law firm in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Corporate/Business Transactional Attorney proficient in business and corporate transactions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in drafting and negotiating various transactional documents, with a focus on real estate transactions being advantageous.
Duties: Handle business and corporate transactions, including limited liability company and partnership formationNegotiate and draft buy-sell agreements, entity conversions, and asset purchase agreementsProvide legal counsel on real estate transactions, including leases, purchase and sale agreements, ground leases, and easement agreementsConduct legal research and analysis to support transactional mattersCollaborate with clients and stakeholders to achieve their business objectivesRequirements: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school8+ years of experience in business and corporate transactionsExtensive experience in drafting and negotiating transactional documentsProficiency in limited liability company and partnership formationKnowledge of real estate transactions is advantageousStrong understanding of business and corporate law principlesEducation: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Certifications: Relevant certifications related to corporate law or real estate law are beneficial
