The Corporate Communications Specialist
will serve as a key member of the Regal Rexnord
Corporate Communications
team.
Reporting to the
Senior Director,
Corporate Communications
, this
communication
role
is
responsible for
developing and executing
enterprise-wide
global internal communication
plans
and activities to align, inspire and connect our associates
and build Regal Rexnord's reputation
. This includes enabling a deep understanding of the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS)-which is underpinned by our Values, Culture, Purpose,
Mission
and Vision.

will
be responsible for
collaborating
with
key
corporate functions
, primarily HR,
as the
advisor
for
effectively communicating with the global
Regal Rexnord
associate audience.
This will include
working with
the various HR Centers of Excellence (i.e., Talent Acquisition, DEI,
Leadership Development
,
Talent
Management
,
Compensation and Benefits
)
and our
business
s
egment HR
l
eaders
to
ensure communications reinforce
Regal Rexnord's
employee
value proposition to
current associates
and
external candidates,
supporting an inclusive culture and
building
the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Additionally, this role will lead
internal digital communications for the company, including management of
myRegalRexnord
, the company's intranet,
developing and
driving
the
effective
delivery of
our corporate content strategy and
editorial
planning
to e
nsur
e
Regal Rexnord associates are
informed in
a timely
fashion on the company's
strategy,
direction
, business results,
culture,
and
significant
announcements.
Build
ing the governance, along with
the
relationships with
page/
content owners
across the company,
and
continuously improving the site based on key metrics/performance,
will be
critical
.
This
communication professional
will promote strong communications and collaborate with Regal Rexnord's
corporate functions
.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and
execute the
enterprise-wide HR communication plan
for Regal
Rexnord
based on a compelling employee value proposition
Ensure consistent messaging is incorporated across all communication platforms, including message alignment, cadence, and linkage to priorities
,
and
establish
communications protocols to support
the
effectiveness of messaging.
Provide communications advice and guidance to
corporate
functional
leadership
(primarily HR)
specifically related to effective communications
regarding
strategic initiatives, change management
,
and employee engagement.
Identify
, research,
write
, review, and edit
informative and engaging content for
global associate
communications and external audiences, including partnering with
Recruiting and/or
Marketing on social media
.
Develop key messages and talking points,
assisting
with strategic communication requirements for
executive
leadership, including presentation development,
m
essages
and video scripts.
Develop and
maintain
relationships with select agencies and contractors
required
to meet strategic goals and business
objectives
, while staying within budget.
Professional Experience/Qualifications
The successful candidate will have experience in
delivering
effective
internal
communications
planning
and support
, especially in support of HR communications
.
The c
andidate will also have experience in managing digital communications/intranets
, preferably
for global organizations
wi
th
a large perc
ent
age
of remote/non-wired employees.
In addition,
they
will have a demonstrated ability
to build collaborative relationships across
all levels of the organization.
5-8 years of experience with corporate internal communications or equivalent communications agency experience. Experience with manufacturing companies is preferred.
Has ambition and potential to develop one's career and capabilities.

Demonstrated knowledge of key technology (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, other tools) and concepts (
