Beacon Hill Legal is working with a pre-clinical biotech company that is looking to hire a Corporate attorney to serve as legal counsel for a wide variety of legal matters.
Responsibilities will include managing a high volume and wide range of agreements with minimal supervision including confidentiality, master service, license, collaboration, consulting, and clinical trial agreements.
This position will operate as the sole attorney at the company, reporting to the Chief Business Officer, and providing practical, business-oriented legal advice across all functions.
Candidates must have a J.D.
from an accredited law school, and have at least 3 years of experience within a biotech or pharmaceutical company or within the life sciences transactions group of a top tier law firm.
This is not a remote role.
