Job Responsibilities: We are looking for a culinary product development intern to join our culinary innovation team.
As the intern for our culinary innovation team, you will be responsible for working on a specific project during your time here (to be assign at the start of intern program).
In addition to your project, you will support the culinary team with a variety of responsibilities.
Gain understanding of food formation.
Co-develop food formulation/ recipes Summarize and data entry of daily activities.
Assists in the ordering and receiving of supplies.
Maintain inventory supply level.
Support customer presentations.
Research culinary tends and insights relative to customer projects/ needs.
Work cross functionally with other OSI business units.
Enrolled in accredited culinary school, food science program or dietarian program.
Passion for cooking Culinary cooking experience.
Time management.
Communication skills.
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
