As a key player in our team, you'll partner with HR, Department Directors, and Executives to find and attract exceptional talent who will shape the future of care for our residents.

What You Bring: Healthcare Recruiting Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience successfully sourcing and hiring healthcare professionals.
Your skills in finding the best talent will directly impact the quality of care our residents receive.
Bachelor's Degree: Preferred, but if you bring the right experience and passion, we'd love to talk to you.
Excellent Communication Skills: You're a people person-an active listener and a clear communicator who easily builds relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and educational institutions.
Positive, Problem-Solving Attitude: You're resourceful, think on your feet, and thrive in fast-paced environments, finding creative solutions to recruiting challenges.
