CORPORATE INVESTMENT FUNDS ASSOCIATE (0419)DescriptionOur client is seeking highly qualified associates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity fund formation and related fund operational matters to join their Investment Funds practice group.
The successful candidates will be based in either New York, Washington, D.C., Boston, or Chicago.
The role involves acting as counsel for fund sponsors globally, handling all aspects of the structuring and fundraising of private investment funds across a broad spectrum of asset classes.
Additional responsibilities include sponsor internal arrangements, fund operations, and regulatory and compliance matters.
