Responsibilities
• Supports supply chain projects and delivery execution• Tracks industry metrics and analyzes key performance indicators• Develops service and cost reports for transportation and warehouse• Supports partner audits to ensure compliance• Plays a key role in partnerships with TMS and warehouse providers
Requirements
• B.S. degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering• 2+ years of distribution, logistics, transportation, or warehouse experience• Experience with SAP, ERP, and Microsoft Office Suite• Ownership mentality, curiosity, adaptability to change• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills• Broad understanding of logistics, warehousing, and customer service• Process documentation and priority coordination abilities
Key Skills Needed
• Strong Excel skills• Ability to analyze data and gather insights• Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS)• Experience with process documentation
