Seeking a

Corporate Associate Attorney with 3 years of experience

for a prominent regional law firm at their Minneapolis office.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Minimum three years of relevant experience in corporate law
Strong understanding of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities laws, and general corporate law principles

JD from accredited law school
Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively
Licensed to practice in MN
