This is a Corporate position located in Coeur d'Alene, ID. The mid-point for this position is $21.47 + /hour (calculated for /Coeur d' Alene, ID) All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background. EducationRequired: High School Diploma / GEDExperienceRequired: 1 year of Mortgage Fulfillment Experience.Preferred: 1 year of Post Closing Experience.Preferred: Knowledge Of FHA, VA, USDA, construction and conventional procedures.Preferred: Experience with loan platform software such as Encompass and the ability to learn additional computer applications.Preferred: Core banking systems including GL's and reconciliation tracking.Would an equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience be considered?: Yes

Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date.Additional RequirementsTravel: Occasional travel required: (less than 10 days per year) by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities.
