Corporate Paralegal

The firm seeks a corporate paralegal with at least three years of experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working with business clients in the following areas:


Preparing and filing of documents with the Massachusetts Secretary of State and the secretaries of other states; Preparation of documents to organize corporations and limited liability companies; Review and analysis of lien search results and preparation and filing of UCC forms; Organization of company minute books; and Communicate with clients to execute and compile legal documents

Excellent communication skills are key: ability to listen, actively engage, and concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.

A strong work ethic, practice management and interpersonal skills are essential.

Candidates should have excellent academic credentials and be a motivated self-starter with a desire to work in a fast-paced and collegial environment.
Large firm experience not required, but a significant plus.
