What you will do Partnering and collaborating with our Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs and team culture to develop strategic recruiting plans to overcome a wide range of obstacles Sourcing, attracting, and engaging top-talent using a variety of recruiting tools, platforms, and high-level, creative techniques Conducting interviews and guiding candidates through an exceptional recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience from application to first day Using internal and external tools to analyze market trends and data across the country, to bring our hiring leaders quality information resulting in informed decision-making and a true partnership Working closely with HR leadership teams to continuously improve recruiting processes and the candidate experience What we look for A team player with strong relationship-building skills to maintain trust and rapport with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates, remaining approachable and communicative throughout the recruitment process Excellent communication abilities to clearly and concisely articulate updates to internal stakeholders, transparently convey job responsibilities to candidates, and report various data and insight to internal leadership Adaptability and problem-solving skills to maintain productivity in an unpredictable, ever-changing environment, seamlessly managing multiple priorities by remaining flexible and resourceful Strategic thinking to not only manage the day-to-day workload, but also understand the long-term strategies of the department and how to align recruitment strategies with the organization's business goals Tech-savviness and experience with a variety of recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn, Power BI, job boards, etc.)
