As a Corporate Sales Executive, you'll work with small and midsize business customers to understand their unique needs and design solutions to satisfy them. In order to effectively communicate our products and services, you'll need to have a thorough understanding of our platform and the industry in which we operate. We'll provide leads, but also expect you to maintain a proactive approach to engage potential clients.
Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver sales proposals and presentations on the benefits of our software solutionContact prospective clients by telephone, cold call, premise visits, networking and industry-related eventsConduct sales needs analyses with new and prospective customers and effectively communicate the business value of our softwareSource and engage potential clients through various channelsAchieve or exceed monthly/quarterly targets in software sales, Identify new products by remaining current on industry trends, financial services technology, market activity and competitionCultivate and nurture strong relationships with our existing clienteleConvey the value proposition to potential customers with precisionMaintain detailed records of sales activities and customer informationProvide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales processUp to 25% travel Qualifications: Three years of sales experience exceeding quotas (IT sales environment preferred)Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, stay self-driven, and maintain a high level of motivation to achieve sales targetsRelentlessness: Display determination and perseverance to achieve sales goalsClient-Centric: Commitment to understanding and addressing clients' needs with a focus on building long-term relationshipsTransparency and Integrity: Uphold a high level of transparency and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleaguesDiversity and Inclusion: Embrace and contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environmentExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsBusiness Language Fluency: Demonstrated ability to clearly and effectively communicate using industry-specific languageNetworking and negotiation skillsAbility to learn quickly and apply new knowledgeCritical thinking & problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and work effectively to meet required deadlinesKnowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft 365 Suite, cloud-computing, web/video collaboration tools Compensation / Benefits In addition to a salary range of $70–85,000 double OTE (plus supplemental commission pay) for this position, Parallel provides equity grants as well as a competitive benefits package.
