We're on the lookout for an experienced Corporate Securities Counsel to lead and elevate our corporate and securities endeavors.
This is a full-time and permanent opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Oversee crucial SEC reporting, filing, and compliance efforts.Lead and supervise legal activities related to mergers and acquisitions.Collaborate with executives across the organization.Provide strategic advice on SEC requirements and corporate governance.Manage high-impact legal projects.Implement risk management strategies.Spearhead updates to corporate policies, especially regarding securities compliance. Requirements: At least 5 years of corporate and securities experience.Experience with publicly traded companies.Experience with M&A transactions.SEC experience.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Knowledge in the cybersecurity, networking, or technology fields is preferred.
