Job summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for full cycle recruiting focusing on corporate roles at exempt and non-exempt levels. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for working directly with the hiring manager(s) to follow the SERVPRO® recruitment process; which includes define position requirements; create job advertisement; post the position; and more. All while providing quality applicant flow using a variety of current effective active and passive sourcing techniques and methods, including networking, social media, utilizing the current ATS and continually growing the pipeline.
You will
Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person), administer appropriate assessments, make recommendations for hire (or not hire) and deliver employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings.
Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with hiring managers to ensure achievement of staffing goals and compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations.
Regularly facilitate interview training classes for headquarters employees, who are involved in hiring and interview processes.
Stay up to date with changing hiring laws and regulations to ensure EEO and EEOC compliance.
Gather and refine position requirements to understand job duties, as well as the business requirements to identify qualified candidates.
Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract a diverse talent pool of candidates.
Develop an active pipeline of qualified candidates using traditional (active) and creative (passive) sourcing methods including, but not limited to, the Company's ATS, social media, online searches, referrals, networking, college campus recruiting, cold calls, job fairs, etc.
Provide an active recruiter presence on LinkedIn by creating and posting job advertisements, conversing with prospective candidates, and announcing new headquarters hires.
Manage internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc.
Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.
Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements).
Serve as the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) administrator and manages current candidate activity within the system.
Partner with third-party recruiters as needed for hard-to-fill positions.
Administer candidate personality assessments and evaluate results.
Continually create new, innovative methods to improve the recruitment process.
Support employer branding initiatives.
Track and report individual recruiting metrics.
Complete HR projects as assigned.
You have
Ability to effectively read, write, and speak the English language.
A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in high volume, full life cycle recruiting.
Proficient PC skills using MS Office, Internet and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
Professional, customer service-oriented interpersonal skills and the ability to develop a quick rapport with internal team and candidates alike.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Flexibility: recruitment assignments, managing priorities, obstacles and work environment.
Ability to work independently and on a team.
Education
Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with equivalent recruiting or human resources experience.
Working Conditions
Standard working hours, based on a 40 hour work week. After hours work may be required.
Minimal travel as required for business needs.
Driving or traveling to career fairs.
Constant telephone and computer use.
