Tax Manager role with a fast-growing multi-billion $ Private Investment Holding Company that operates within Sports, Healthcare, Energy and Industrial and Commercial Services.
This company owns and operates a major Formula One franchise, a top North American oil & gas producer, and several major technology, health-tech and trading companies amongst others.
Responsibilities include: Engaging in hands-on work across various domestic and international tax projects including but not limited to: modeling impacts of tax initiatives and developments, legal structure planning, etc.
Identifying domestic and international tax issues, perform technical tax research as needed.
Managing the overall tax compliance function for all investment entity returns and foreign filings.
Ensuring compliance with international tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements across various jurisdictions.
Conduct research of federal, state, local and international tax matters.
Stay abreast of local tax regulations and monitor changes in tax laws that may impact the organization.
Requirements: BS in Accounting required.
Masters in Taxation preferred.
5-8 years of applicable tax corporate experience If coming out of the big 4, having large, multi-national clients preferred If currently working in private industry, either coming out of a multi-national corporate tax department, or having had multi-national clients when in public accounting preferred Can be located in either their NYC or CT offices.
