We're looking for an experienced Unqork Architect to join our team and drive the technical architecture and implementation of this groundbreaking project.
Role Overview:
As the Unqork Architect, you will lead the design, architecture, and technical implementation of Unqork-based solutions to meet complex business needs. You will collaborate with a diverse team of developers, business stakeholders, and project managers, ensuring that all solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities: Design and architect end-to-end solutions on the Unqork platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.Develop frameworks, reusable components, and best practices to accelerate development and ensure consistency.Lead technical discussions with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into innovative Unqork solutions.Ensure all solutions are optimized for scalability, security, and performance.Oversee the integration of Unqork applications with existing enterprise systems and third-party APIs.Provide technical mentorship and guidance to Unqork developers and other team members.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including data security and privacy standards.Stay current with Unqork platform updates and emerging no-code/low-code technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.Qualifications: 10+ years overall experience with 3+ years of proven experience as an Unqork Architect or Senior Unqork Developer, with a track record of successful project delivery.Unqork certification or other relevant no-code platform certifications.Understanding of life insurance processes or related financial services experience is a plus.Strong expertise in system design, enterprise architecture, and Unqork platform capabilities.Hands-on experience with API design, system integration, and data modeling.Familiarity with security standards and compliance requirements in regulated industries.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Skills: Experience in Agile or Scrum project environments.Knowledge of additional no-code/low-code platforms.Background in building large-scale digital transformation solutions.Why Join Us? Salary Range: $122,500-$210,000
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
