We offer a generous benefits package which includes a competitive medical, dental, and vision plan with national provider networks, a 401k retirement plan with employer contribution, paid time off, company-sponsored medical clinics, company match share purchase program, and much more!Responsibilities:Ensure that all routine maintenance activities for the Cortez Site Services at Cortez Mine are appropriately planned (resources, parts, tooling) and scheduled so that the work progresses in a safe, efficient, and repeatable mannerEnsure that all routine maintenance activities (labor, APL's, SJP's, costs, etc) are uploaded and maintained in Share Point and SAPCoordinate with business partners to ensure work is completed in accordance with approved SOW's, invoices are submitted appropriately and review invoices against existing agreementsMaintain an accurate backlog and interact/connect with supervisors and other planners in achieving set goalsDevelop task and material lists, building activities and review stock level requirementsCommunicate/coordinate with all levels of maintenance, operations, purchasing and warehouse staff, and outside vendorsMaintain annual budget and forecast(s) for Cortez Site Service activitiesPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum of 2 years' experience with computer-based maintenance planned/schedulingpreferredMaintenance planning backgroundpreferredPrevious maintenance planning experience SAPpreferredKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, MS Outlook)requiredSound understanding of maintenance safety and environmental requirementspreferredAbility to deliver clear and concise informationrequiredExcellent oral and written communication skillsrequiredExcellent planning, problem solving, decision making and interpersonal skillspreferredWhat We Can Offer YouA comprehensive compensation package including a competitive medical, dental, and vision plan with national provider networks, a 401k retirement plan with employer contribution AND employer match, paid time off, company-sponsored medical clinics, company match share purchase program, and much more!Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team.Endless opportunities to grow and learn with industry colleagues.
