Responsibilities:

The PI A&AS Cost Support Coordinator is part of the A&AS team of Cost Estimation SMEs with varied levels of experience providing cross-matrixed support to the entire CTR directorate for all acquisition related cost activities including but not limited to developing Rough Orders of Magnitude (ROMs), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs), and Independent Cost Evaluations.
The Cost Support Coordinator will collaborate with the Cost Estimation A&AS Team Lead and Senior Cost Estimators to work directly with the USG Management Support Specialist and supports the PI Department Chief, CT Director, CT Senior Leadership, and engages with PI A&AS Department Team Lead and Deputy.
This role is required to work on several simultaneous cost estimation and budget analysis projects and take an active role in task execution and client communications.

Enhance and facilitate all verbal and written communications between the Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) Cost Support Team and Government/A&AS support staff requiring Cost Support Team support.
Provide subject matter expertise to assist with cost estimating to include Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs) & Rough Order of Magnitude estimates (ROMs) and proposal cost/price analysis.
Develop and refine cost estimates by analyzing historical data and applying quantitative models, techniques, tools and databases to predict future program costs.
Conduct data collection and direct market research to develop parametric cost estimates.
Maintain Cost Team Metrics and present these results to Management.
Maintain and grow positive relationships with both Government/A&AS support staff across CTR.
Schedule all meetings related to Cost Support tasks.
Present draft and final cost support deliverables to clients.
Prepare and submit monthly PI progress report.
Prepare and present quarterly status report for PI chief.
Maintain and organize all existing CST files and folders, and properly catalogue/save all new information received.
Required Qualifications:
Required Qualifications: Active DoD SECRET clearance, or ability to obtain a U.S. clearance.
The candidate must possess a Bachelors degree and minimum 3 years of related experience.
Federal Acquisition life-cycle expertise.
Strong Excel and/or Access skills to provide insight into strategic decision making.
Experience with DoD cost estimation and planning efforts Excellent communication, written, and organizational skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects which includes prioritizing, tracking, attention to detail, follow-up and follow-through to project completion.
Flexibility/adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Qualifications: Federal Acquisition life-cycle expertise.
Knowledge of Federal and DoD contracting, cost estimation, and planning efforts (i.e., FAR and DFARS, DoD Series 5000) requirements strongly preferred.Must be able to multi-task on a broad range of activities including client engagement, project management, financial management, quality assurance, knowledge management, acquisition life-cycle support, and supporting the Team Lead with a multitude of recurring and pop-up deliverables.

Salary at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws.
The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and are based on full time status.
Part time staff receive a prorated salary based on regularly scheduled hours.
The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represents the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements), and is just one component of Noblis total compensation package for employees.

Posted Salary Range:
USD $70,800.00 - USD $123,900.00 /Yr.
