Always seeking to promote from within, successful employees at Summit will have opportunities to advance to inside sales, outside sales and even management.The Counter Sales Associate is primarily responsible for assisting Summit's customers over the phone or in person and works closely with the Service Center sales staff and warehouse associates to ensure a high level of customer service.
