Participates and acts as ambassador in HR technology projects.
Represents IBM   as needed to external parties such as government organizations, Professional Associations and is able to hold presentations and speak in public easily.
Manage employee and labor relations, compliance and crisis management
Ensures operational excellence according to Greek legislation and labor law
