As a Senior CRE Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for performing internal audits of commercial, SBA, and commercial real estate loan portfolios. You will also educate the department on credit policy.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:Audit collateral files to ensure proper documentation, security perfection, regulatory compliance, and conformity to the Bank's CRE lending policies and procedures.Review loan tracking logs to ensure all applicable loans have been submitted for audit.Conduct staff training sessions and educate commercial lenders, support staff, and internal documentation staff on credit policy.Prepare and submit weekly QA reports to senior management, internal audit, compliance and risk management, and credit administration that identify all commercial lending divisions' audit exceptions. Report any internal documentation exceptions noted during the audit process. Communicate clear exception resolutions to Loan Officers when assistance or clarification is requested.Assist the department Manager in the development and maintenance of the Loan Quality Assurance standard operating procedures. Provide other support as needed.Participate in required training on pertinent compliance laws and regulations as required by the Bank.
