Overview:
The Creative Designer will be responsible for ideating and creating digital designs and motion graphics.
They will be part of a creative team within the marketing and business development department, and report directly to the creative director.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually compelling designs for digital platforms, as well as proficiency in motion graphics and video editing.
This role requires a creative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visual assets.
The ideal individual will be someone who enjoys working with a team, is comfortable working in a challenging and fast-paced corporate environment, can function successfully with ambiguity, and is able to successfully manage multiple projects to meet defined deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing and impactful designs for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email marketing, and digital advertisements.Develop motion graphics and animations to enhance digital content and engage the target audience.Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.Design and produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, infographics, and other visual assets for both digital and print mediums.Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques in digital design and motion graphics.Collaborate with videographers and video editors to create compelling video content that effectively communicates key messages.Ensure consistency and quality of design deliverables across various platforms and mediums.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of design excellence.Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide creative solutions that meet their needs.Maintain a library of design assets and templates for easy access and reuse.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.8-10 years of full-time agency or corporate experience.Proven experience as a graphic designer with a focus on digital design and motion graphics.Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, motion graphics, and video editing.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as motion graphics software (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and compositionAbility to translate complex concepts and ideas into visually compelling designs.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to team members and stakeholders.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.

The anticipated pay range for this role is SF: $85,500 - $128,000, which represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the starting salary range at the time of posting.
In addition, this role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
The actual offered rate for this position will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors, including qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data and consideration of internal equity.
Working Conditions:
This position requires hybrid on-site presence as an essential function of the role.
Consistent and predictable on-site presence is required for ongoing business continuity, professional development and effective collaboration with colleagues and management.
