POSITION REQUIREMENTS:15+ years working on and leading creative assignmentsBackground in art and design directionExcellent and persuasive communication and presentation skillsExperience leading teams of designers, copywriters, art directors, developers, and UX designersAbility to nurture and develop talentDeep expertise in branding with extensive experience developing and extending brand identities and brand platformsUnderstanding of how brands merge with consumer and business experiences at all levels.Working digital knowledge and experienceEnvironmental experience a bonusRelevant design degree and strong portfolio a mustABOUT SULLIVANSullivan is a private, woman-owned company that just celebrated its 30th year in business.
