Amazon's global cross channel, cross category marketing team (XCM), is looking for a Creative Director/Art Director to guide the development of Amazon's brand look and feel, and create fully integrated ideas across channels.
The ideal candidate has a passion for doing world class work, and is a talented and passionate art director that thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, with a taste for the peculiar.

XCM Creative Directors are hands on; a combination of creative doer, conceptual powerhouse and team leader. We're looking for someone with strong strategic knowledge, who can make intentional choices, and is excited to tackle new creative challenges every day.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
