What you'll do as an Accounts Payable Specialist: As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for: Full cycle accounts payable, including 3-way matching, statement reconciliation, PO review, and payment processing. Working in a high-volume, high-producing environment, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. Utilizing your intermediate to advanced Excel skills and 10-key experience to excel in your role as the Accounts Payable Specialist. Shared services experience and medical/manufacturing industry knowledge are a plus. What we need from you as an Accounts Payable Specialist: 3-5+ years of accounts payable experience with proficiency in 3-way matching. Excel skills and 10-key experience. Comfortable working in a high-volume environment with strong attention to detail. Shared services experience, medical/manufacturing experience, and familiarity with PO review are desirable. Salary: $50,000 - $55,000, depending on experience. This is a fully on-site role.
