RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TAX MANAGER: Reviewing Individual, Corporate, Non-Profit, & Trust tax Returns; signing off and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations Managing, coaching, and mentoring team of (7) direct reports Lead any technical research needed Inputs of your own tax returns, time permitting Help drive the growth of the firm - Bringing on new clients
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE TAX MANAGER: Bachelor's in Accounting or equivalent education CPA Required 8+ Years of Tax experience; 2+ years in Management, Leadership, & Development Prior Public Accounting experience Experience with SAGE, QuickBooks, Drake Tax Software, MS Excel
Compensation: $120,000 - $155,000 depending on experience + Bonus
