Job Summary OneTen DISH Creative is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic creative team.
You will strive to solve business problems with impactful creative.
You will be in the middle of the account and creative teams making sure things get done.
You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to scope, plan and manage all steps in the project lifecycle.
You'll juggle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure we churn out quality creative to help support departments across the enterprise.
You've spent the last 2-5 years at a creative agency, managing projects or accounts.
People speak highly of your ability to manage the details and communicate in a way that helps solve problems and make things happen.Communication: You facilitate conversations and make people talk to each other, and eliminate ambiguity.
You are curious and seek to understand the why behind decisions and guidance from the team and clients.Schedules and Timelines: You know how to build a timeline, keep things on track and manage expectations along the way.Review and Approval: You help manage and track the planning, design, approval and production processes for each project.Clients and Account Managers: You can work with cross-functional teams.Logistics: You make sure things run on time and coordinate things to make the team's life easier and more organized.
Setting up kickoffs, running point on the tools our team uses and handling all legal agreements and contracts.Resources: You figure out what we need and how to get it in place.Assets: In charge of asset management of your project(s). Education and Experience: Undergraduate degree and 2-5 years experienceExperience managing projects from start to finishWritten and verbal communication is imperativeExperience working in an agency is a plusExperience working in the telecommunications industry is a plusExperience using Hive is a plus
