Job Description The Credentialing Application Sr. Systems Analyst leads credentialing for the Provider Communication Team to consolidate and centralize provider communication function.
Leads team that will serve as a central point of contact for provider communications.
Provides leadership and coordination to internal and external groups to ensure smooth project collaboration between stakeholders, including Credentialing, HIM, and MU team.
Research and correct provider communication errors related to Meaningful Use.
Evaluate Research and Process provider demographic updates.
Add new Providers upon request both internal and external organization databases and SureScripts.
Provides routine and ad hoc reports related to Provider Communication Team.
Job Responsibilities: Build and Troubleshoot Extremely Complex Report Writing in Crystal, Oracle, Tableau, EPIC reporting.
Database Development like Sequel/SQL, Access, Proprietary Software like our Credentialing System Completes Monthly Audits of Database to assure compliance with Standard Work, Standard Reporting, Oversees and Assures data is updated to standard.
Works with the Epic Certified Order Teams and Epic Interface Analysts, Epic Architects to assure interface is working properly and displaying standard information.
Maintains interface for Physician Directory to Intranet and Internet.
Assures system works properly for various end user groups like MSO, CVO, GME, UME, Payer Enrollment Leads team that will serve as a central point of contact for provider communications.
Provides leadership and coordination to internal and external groups to ensure smooth project collaboration between stakeholders, including Credentialing, HIM, and MU team.
Maintains detailed knowledge of system's information needs, requirements and capabilities.
Serves as primary contact for problem solving related to Provider Communication Team.
Develops quality control mechanisms for data entry.
Audit Database for compliance to standard and communicate or correct discrepancies.
Assure project requests are properly vetted and Request for Service are generated and approved prior to fulfilling requests.
Reviews request for accuracy, appropriate justification, and appropriate authorization.
Monitors issues and requests to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Establishes priorities and adjusts resources for timely competition of tasks.
Requirements: Education: Associate's Degree Certification: MSOW software (preferred) Experience: 5 years of recent relevant experience managing IT application analysis and support.
Requires project management expertise and leadership skills in addition to extensive technical experience.
Candidate should have experience training staff and physicians and troubleshooting physician and application sign off issues.
Project Management skills to work with any and all dept who need physician data.
Creating Report, Tweaking Report to work with Vendors for Quality, Data, Marketing, Billing.
Work with Credentialing Vendor to assure report drops on schedule (daily, weekly, monthly) and then with Inova IT Network to receive report and auto drop to the Vendors (daily weekly monthly).
Troubleshoot report to assure it works as designed.
