We are seeking a talented and motivated Credit Bureau Reporting Disputes Analyst & Office Manager who is best in class with a high IQ plus a high EQ. You will respond in a timely and compliant manner to all disputes coming through internal channels as well as e-Oscar. You will maintain adherence to all required FCRA and Metro2 guidelines. Additionally, you will also be responsible for ad-hoc projects related to credit reporting as deemed appropriate, as well as for maintaining and improving overall productivity and quality within the scope of work.

Key Responsibilities Include: Investigate and respond to disputes submitted by customers through internal channels or on behalf of customers by the credit bureausResearch, develop and build process improvements for responding credit bureau disputesInvestigate and respond to CFPB, Attorney General, and other state agencies complaintsLead projects designed to enhance credit reporting and disputes processesMaintain current knowledge of FCRA, Metro2, and other regulatory guidelinesBachelor's Degree2+ years experience in a credit bureau-related roleCDIA certification or the ability to obtained one within 90 daysFamiliarity with Metro2, e-Oscar, and FCRA guidelinesDetail-oriented, resourceful and able to manage shifting priorities, with the flexibility to adapt quickly to changeStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to self-motivate with little oversightExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFintech, banking, or financial services experiencePreferred Skills and Experience: CDIA certificationExperience with credit bureau dispute processing with Canada accounts is a plusFintech, banking, or financial services experienceAbout You: You have relentlessly high standards - many people may think your standards are unreasonably high.
