Crew Member

**CREW MEMBER POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Greet and welcome our guests with a smile

+ Responsible for properly preparing all current menu items according to Dunkin standards and as the guest requests

+ Respond to the needs of the guest and ensure that every guest is satisfied with their experience every time

+ Maintain a clean and neat workstation, help to keep all areas of the restaurant clean and sanitized

+ Practice safe food handling procedures by following all food safety and sanitation guidelines including the use of single use gloves and face masks

+ Complete training for all new productions and promotions and help support the training of other crew members

+ Maintain a positive working environment, work well with other crew members as a team, and treat them with respect.

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

+ Must be able to fluently speak/read English

+ Have a valid drivers license or your own transportation

+ Capable of counting money and making change

+ Must be able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
