Client Journey Management : Take charge of the client journey from intake to case closure, focusing on creating a positive experience during the crucial first 100 days and beyond. Process Improvement : Play a key role in improving our client-facing processes, focusing on enhancing client communication and overall experience. Client Communication : Manage all client-facing written communication, ensuring clarity, empathy, and professionalism in every interaction. System Organization : Maintain and organize system files for the firm, ensuring efficient access and management of case information. Desired Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree 1-2 years client engagement experience Excellent communication skills Advanced use of Microsoft Word Record of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information Empathy, integrity, and professionalism in client interactions, with a commitment to providing exceptional service Worst Parts of the Job: Deadlines: Live and die by deadlines. This means periods of high stress when deadlines are approaching. Unpredictability: At times we are dealing with unexpected, high-pressure, volatile situations. There may be no roadmap. High Highs and Low Lows: Our clients are facing life-changing or life-ending situations. We have the opportunity to save people. Sometimes we can't. Because of our efforts, most of our clients go home to their families to get on with their lives. Despite our best efforts and care, some clients die in prison.
