20 ICU beds Montefiore Nyack is a level III Trauma center and a certified stroke center Medical and surgical ICU patient mix Adult/Peds: 100%/0% EMR: Epic Some of the specialty cases include post-cardiac cath, Trauma, Neurosurgery, Vascular surgery, Thoracic surgery, OB&GYN, and Ortho. DAYS – APP coverage from 8 am to 6 pm and 24/7 in-house Intensivist Full and Temp Privileges are available Nurse Practitioners & Physician Assistants must have critical care experience APPs need to be highly comfortable with high acuity patients/procedures including but not limited to central lines, arterial lines, and HD cath placement APPs can be assigned ~10 patients APP responds to code blue with intensivist APPs lead rounds on their own patients and the intensivist will serve as a resource Click apply for immediate consideration.
