This job is 100% remote and can be based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.
As our CRM Manager for Monetization, you'll drive revenue growth by boosting bookings across our user base—new, current and returning users. Utilize your analytical mindset to uncover insights and identify key opportunities for impactful CRM campaigns across push, email and in-app messages, focusing on critical touch points and converting users at high-value moments.
Analyze user interactions, such as meal tracking and recipe engagement, to uncover upsell opportunities for our premium offering, PRO. Your CRM campaigns will amplify our product initiatives, increasing engagement and enhancing user experiences. With a passion for experimentation, you'll transform insights into actionable strategies that yield results. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll lead our CRM strategy and execution within the monetization product squad, maximizing conversion rates and boosting retention.
We're looking for someone who:
Thinks Strategically about Growth: You prioritize high-value opportunities, using data and insights to craft CRM campaigns that maximize engagement and conversions.
Is a CRM Expert: With 3+ years of experience, you've managed initiatives like discount campaigns, subscription upsells and referral programs across push, email and in-app messaging. Furthermore, you've worked with in-house CRM tools and platforms like Braze or Iterable.
Has Product Team Experience: You've collaborated closely with product teams, aligning CRM strategies to improve user journeys and increase conversions. You also excel at targeting strategies for new, current and returning users through effective user segmentation.
Loves Data and Experimentation: Testing, learning and data-driven iteration are second nature to you, and you enjoy refining campaigns for better results.
Has Strong Copywriting Skills: You craft compelling messaging for push, email and in-app campaigns that resonate with users and drive action.
Is Collaborative: You seamlessly engage, influence and coordinate with cross-functional teams in marketing, design, product as well as analytics to create integrated strategies that drive bookings and monetization initiatives.
