Crm & Marketing Automation Specialist

As a CRM and Marketing Automation Specialist, you will ensure that the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform aligns seamlessly with the organization's needs, enhances user experience, and drives business goals. You will also do the same for the marketing automation platform (email), ensuring that the system aligns with the organization's data strategies. You will be the steward of these two core systems, acting as the bridge between regional marketing teams and these systems by providing training, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating smooth adoption of CRM/email tools.
This role is located at our Empire Atlanta Office in Atlanta, GA.
What We Are Looking For: Post-secondary education in Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field3+ years of relevant and progressive work experience in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and in marketing automation systems (email)Experience using analytical framework, leveraging tools like Google AnalyticsBonus If You Have These Skills: Demonstrated experience assisting with the implementation of marketing automation software while ensuring seamless integration with existing systemsStrong analytical skills with the ability to use data analytics to derive insights and support the decision making processWhy Join Empire?
