The Envision Envoy team is looking for Independent Contractor CRNA for a hospital located in the Florida area!  Highlights:  1099 Independent Contractor CRNA position.  4 ORs and Endo Suite  Schedule – Monday-Friday; 7am – 3 pm. Cases: General Surgery, Ortho, GI, GYN, Bariatric, colorectal, thoracic, Urology, Robotics Care Team Model: 3 CRNAs and 2 MDs   Must be Board Certified and have active Florida license  Must have BLS, PALS and ACLS certifications  Competitive compensation  Travel, lodging, and malpractice covered.
