Anesthetist (CRNA) -

Vegas, Nevada. Annual salary $220,000 to $250,000 with an outstanding benefits package. Schedule is day shift with no nights or weekend obligation.

Responsibilities:

· administer anesthesia and monitor patients through surgery.

· ensure that patients have a smooth recovery after surgery.

· Complete physical assessments of each patient

· Discuss the surgery and recovery with the patient prior to the procedure

· Prepare and administer the patient-specific amount of anesthesia needed for the procedure

· Maintain the patient's anesthesia levels during surgery

· Ensure proper anesthesia recovery for patients until patients are transferred to care units

Qualifications:

· Licensed as a CRNA in the state of Las Vegas

• Graduate of accredited nurse anesthesia program

• Two (2) years of anesthesia care in acute setting experience preferred

• Valid state RN License for state licensure

• Valid state APRN Recognition (must meet education requirement

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA)

• Certified ACLS

• Current BLS
