Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CRNA to join our anesthesia team. As a CRNA, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective anesthesia care to patients across a variety of surgical specialties. Responsibilities: Administer anesthesia under the supervision of an anesthesiologist, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout surgical procedures. Assess patient health history, perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, and develop individualized anesthesia care plans. Monitor patients during anesthesia administration, adjusting dosage and technique as necessary to maintain optimal anesthesia depth and vital signs. Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay abreast of advancements in anesthesia practice. Qualifications: Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in the state of practice. Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program with certification from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CRNA preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
