Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Miami, FL (little Haiti)

Pay: $18 per hour

In need of a Customer Service Representative, with PROVEN skills in experience working in a call center we are looking for someone with great communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.


Responsibilities:

Answer inbound and outbound phone calls

Respond to customer promptly

Assist customers with patient inquires, and account management

Ability to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

Experience working in at a Call Center

Excellent communication skill

Professionalism over the phone

Bilingual is a must (ENGLISH and SPANISH)
