+ Initial schedules: Wed-Sun, Thurs-Mon, Fri-Tue, or Sat-Wed
+ Potential for more preferred schedules after conversion
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (4 months)
Role Overview: We are seeking dedicated associates to join our team and support the management of active network disruptions in the DM space.
This role involves handling cases in WIMS and taking phone calls from various stakeholders within our supply chain.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage and resolve network disruptions
+ Handle cases in WIMS
+ Take phone calls from supply chain stakeholders
+ Provide tactical support to the fulfillment network 24/7
Requirements:
Hard Skills:
+ Bachelors Degree from an accredited university or 2 years of work experience, or 4 years of work experience in the logistics/transportation industry
+ Basic knowledge of MS Excel, familiarity with Excel spreadsheets, and ability to navigate and interpret data
+ Flexibility to work all shifts, including nights and weekends as needed
Soft Skills:
+ Experience in a call center environment
+ Strong problem-solving abilities
+ Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
