We want your knowledge and expertise!Job Summary and QualificationsThe CT Technologistperforms routine and specialized imaging procedures in the application ofionizingradiationin accordance withthe established professional and departmental standards.The CT Techprovides high-qualitycomputerized tomography images ofthe used by physicians for diagnosis and treatment.We are an amazing team, that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you, who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. What you will do in this role: You will compassionately assist and position patients on CT table. You will start IVs for contrast injection when necessary. You will assess image quality and make adjustments when necessary. You will release customer with proper post procedure instructions. You will turn over and prepare room using aseptic technique between patients and clean / sterilize equipment. You will follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines. What qualifications you will need: Completion of an accredited program by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP), American Medical Association (AMA) or other accrediting agencies.Registered with the ARRT; Computerized Tomography Registry required within 6 months of hireBCLSrequiredwithin30 daysofstart date. Minimum 1 year experience in CT preferredOn Call Required and must have the ability to report tot he facility within 30 minutes of call back.
