Qualifications: Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leader at a high-growth tech company, ideally within AI, machine learning, or deep tech. Extensive experience in designing, building, and deploying scalable AI systems and platforms. Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing engineering teams. Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and data science technologies, with the ability to lead innovation and push boundaries. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage both strategic vision and technical execution. Experience navigating the challenges of pre-IPO growth and scaling technology infrastructure.
