As a Culinary Assistant you will be expected to cover a variety of duties and stations in the kitchen while ensuring kitchen is stocked and organized.
This a part time hourly role.Preference will be given to those with open availability.

Line Cook responsibilities include: Assist in the preparation of food using knife skills to process meats, fish, and vegetables Organization and stocking ingredients from daily orders using first in first out Cleaning the kitchen areas and washing dishes Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations as well as safety standards Clean and assist with dishwashing, as needed Physical Requirements: Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Stand, walk for extended periods of time Position Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or over with a high school diploma or equivalent Previous cooking experience in a restaurant, culinary school, or catering preferred Basic prep, knife, and baking skills Ability to work well with limited supervision Flexibility to work different shifts to include days, evenings, and weekends History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies Your Compensation:
$20.68 - $26.88 per hour based upon relevant experience.
