Job Title: Curriculum Manager

Duties: Under the direction of the Dean of Academic Services, the Curriculum Manager performs curriculum and academic services duties. The Curriculum Manager is dedicated to the learning college concepts by developing programs and facilitating activities that promote student success and lifelong learning. The Curriculum Manager, in addition to hybrid work assignments, if applicable, is required to be present on campus (e.g., in-person meetings, in-service, curriculum meetings, professional development, and departmental meetings).
The manager maintains all documentation for the college's curriculum activities, and reports. The manager supports the curriculum development process by working with faculty, department chairs, and deans to provide attention and oversight in completing forms and ensuring appropriate documentation for the approval and revision of courses and programs.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree and minimum of three years of related experience and/or broad experience with curriculum processes and/or platforms required, preferably in a higher education setting.

The Curriculum Manager should have experience and proficiency with computer applications and ability to use various department-specific software programs; effective and professional oral and written communication and presentation skills; strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective and collegial working relationships with diverse faculty, staff, and administration across the college; maintain good organizational skills in order to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously; have keen attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential material and maintain confidence. Hours: Monday – Friday
8:00 am to 5:15 pm
Minimum Starting Rate: $59,770
Hourly/Salary: Salaried
