The Custodian @ The Cardinal provides exemplary service in keeping buildings in a clean and orderly condition, ensuring residents and guests a safe and healthy environment. **COVID Vaccination required** **$1000 Sign on Bonus** Schedule: Mon - Fri. 8a-4:30p  Pay Rate $16.75 Paid Vacation / Sick Time / Holidays & Excellent Medical Benefits Ability to operate various cleaning equipment and machinery including scrubbers, pressure washer, and carpet extractor. Strong attention to detail and reliability on completing tasks that can be repetitive. Effective communication skills with customer, patrons, and employees- Willingness to assist others in a friendly and engaging manner. What will I do every day? Clean assigned community spaces including rooms, lobbies etc. Safely move furniture, equipment, and supplies Order and maintain supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties Report any maintenance repairs to supervisor What will I need to be successful in this role? Bring a smile to work every day High school graduate preferred Six months to one year of custodial experience Experience working in a senior environment preferred What's in it for me?
