Join us as a Custodian Team lead to help maintain the offices at our beautiful headquarters.Better together!This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion.Position ResponsibilitiesManage and schedule a team of office custodians, ensuring janitorial tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, dusting and stocking supplies meet Uline standards and procedures.Conduct custodial team coaching, training and performance reviews.Perform inventory, receive and store supplies / equipment.Ensure all cleaning duties are performed safely.Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.2+ years of related experience.
